What is Journal Insights?
Journal Insights is a private, AI-powered journalling app that turns your daily reflections into personalised insights about your mood, relationships, and personal growth.
How does the AI work?
Your entries are analysed on-device using Apple's Foundation Models framework. When on-device AI isn't available, a secure proxy processes your entries — your data is never stored on external servers.
Is my data private?
Your journal entries are encrypted and never shared with third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription, or manage it directly through your Apple ID subscriptions in the App Store.
What's the horoscope feature?
If you share your birthday, insights can be framed through your zodiac sign for a more personalised touch. It's completely optional.
